Sutton Property is, and remains to this day, Mackay's premier commercial and industrial property specialists, and Shane built a truly remarkable reputation in this space over the last 35 years. We are deeply saddened to share that Shane Sutton passed away suddenly on 6 August 2022.

Whilst Shane's knowledge and reputation in this area cannot be replaced; moving forward, assisting Shane's team with all his listings and clients, will be Jordan Miller, of Explore Property Commercial. While this transition makes a significant change for Sutton Property, the team at Explore Property Commercial are committed to upholding the standards, values and superior service that Sutton Property has delivered for nearly four decades in Mackay.

Jordan is honoured to be the custodian of Sutton Property, as appointed by Shane's family. Shane and Jordan have known each other for over 15 years, and more recently, for the last 5 years, have worked jointly on the marketing, listing and negotiation of a large Paget land subdivision. Shane and Jordan also had an ongoing referral relationship in place, where Shane trusted Jordan with a number of his clients that Shane was unable to assist.
